Welding manipulator is mainly composed of trolley, column, boom, the guidance place, column revolving structure, boom lifting structure, boom retracting structure, etc. Detailed characteristic as follows:
l Column and boom is rectangular-beam，with double track。In order to guarantee high precision，column and boom will be distressing processing after welding and then will be finish machining.
l The guidance place is installed the pulley place on the up and down, left and right position, the pulley place adopts eccentric shaft to adjust gap of rail and compensate attrition of rail.
l All axis (including pin) will be quench and tempering，gear and moving parts will be surface hardening.
l There is a lifting eye on the top of the column.
