Band saw is used to cut the finished panel to the fixed length by pre-established program.
Working process is1. Encoder on double belt transmission main shaft offer pulse data to computer control system; 2. computer control system controls tracking servo motor on band saw; 3.servo motor measures the length and return the signal to computer control system and make a closed-loop system; 4.band saw waits for signal from computer control system according to pre-established program and length; 5. The saw cutting run once it receives signal, and as the same as products’ direction and speed, atmospheric unit is used to press panel to avoid moving; The saw cutting run from left to right and then back, and waiting for next signal. While cutting corrugated roof panel, there are mould base fixed under the panel.
Characteristic
1. servo system trace closed loop digitization control,track cutting precision is very high. Frequency conversion controls traversing cut,which can adjust the feed speed of sandwich panel overlap joint and middle part. When working, length and quantity can be changed on the line, and when there are waste panel, it can be changed to manual mode. Band saw adopts linear guide raids gear rack drive while traverse feeding and adopts high-precision linear gear rack and ball-screw while lengthways tracking,with resetting and high precision advantages. Band saw has back and forth cutting function. In this way, When the linear speed is 6m/min, the shortest cut length is 1200mm
2. The transmission roller table before band saw consists of foundation bolt, frames, rubber rollers, etc. By adjusting foundation bolt to keep the same height between the roller table working surface and double belt machine working level. When change different profiles, because of height differences between wall panel and corrugated roof panel, the roller table can be adjusted by foundation bolt, also the customer can fix a steel plate rule on the bolt and make mark on spot.
3. Encoder is fixed on the double belt main transmission shaft. Band saw can measure automatically by the encoder and cut the panels automatically while the machine working continuously, with high precision of fixing length, high speed of locating advantages. There is no need any further adjustment during installation process.
4. Band saw has the function to exhaust dust on each part, such as hairbrush notching part, up panel inner side, forming panel downside.
5. Pressure fingers on the working table are controlled by one cylinder then the fingers can press the panel synchronously and tightening by guide pillar sleeve unit to keep the cutting precision.
6. Cutting travel speed can be adjusted.
7. Flexible roller table,Short roller table,Rapid roller table, this three parts’ transmission control must keep the friction while the panels speed changing.
8. Rapid roller table is located between band saw and auto stacker, and the function is transmitting the panel after cutting to stacker quickly. The rollers are covered by PU and the distance between each roller is 400mm.
