Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor(VCI)–based plastic film is designed to replace gradually the traditional corrosion-protective packaging materials, such as PE laminated VCI kraft paper. The key technology of this product mainly concentrates on how to manufacture the inner packing material, on the one hand, the processing of the VCI integration with stability of high temperature(200 oC) and suitable vapor pressure by means of the special craft, on the other hand, how to add the VCI to the PE film.
