Introduction of product                                      

The product is professional used for Carbonless copy paper, the wall of capsule is based on Melamine formaldehyde resin,  the core of capsule is compound of solvent and Colorless fuel. It is adopted as CB and CFB with the following advantages: rapid color development at low temperature, good color intensity and slow light-resistant aging. 

Specification of product:                                     

Particle size: 4-6μ, narrowly distributed, medium fastness.Solids content: ≥40%pH: 7.5-9Colors: blue (or red, black, yellow), excellentcolor developingViscosity:125-150mpa.s at 20°CStable over 6 months when stored sealed. In plastic rubber drums, 200kg/drum.

Application                                                 

Well-distributed particle size,  rub resistance, hi-sensitivity to coloring,water Suspension solution, very easy for operation, apply to the coating way of air-blade, and curtain. The coating weight of 1-2g/m2 based on the solid content of Microcapsule is recommended 

Packaging, storage and transportation:                             

plastic barrel (220 kg/barrel). Meanwhile, other    packaging methods are also available according to the consultation with customers.

2. The product packaging should avoid colliding with edge tool in order to prevent leakage.

3. The suitable methods of transportation: truck, train or ship.

4. The storage and transportation temperature required is 0~50 °C. The shelf life is six months.

5. The product is non-toxic and no corrosive; if it contacts with the skin by carelessness, rinse with detergent and water thoroughly.
