Use: Calcium acetate is a favorable bacterium growth inhibitor. It is widespread used in bread to prevent bread from agglomerating so that the quality guarantee period can be extended. Also, it can be applied to production of printing and dyeing ink. Moreover, butterfat content of milch cow can be improved by using calcium acetate. In addition, it can be used in the production of Calcium fatty acid salt and high temperature lubricating grease as well as catalyst of Polyester production.
