Technology Description of Blocking Explosion-proof Material
A container filled with gasoline,propane or acetylene is easy to combust and explode when steam existing in one of those volatile liquids mixes with air.Aluminum material has good thermal and high electrical conductivity,and a larger specific surface area.After this material is fully distributed in an oil tank,its honeycomb mesh structure divides the oil tank into several "small rooms" or "cavities" which can dramatically reduce the wave of explosion preesure and effectively stop the spread of the flame.Meanwhile,with a higher surface efficiency per unit volume,honeycomb-structure material has high heat absorption capability.This material can rapidly absorb heat released from combustion,reducing the temperature and narrowing the expansion degree of the reaction gas.As a result,the increase of preesure within the container is not so high that the combustion speed can reach the explosion limit speed.
