It can be widely applied in various components which closely contact with human skin, including buttons, zippers, toys, jewelry, lighting, digital products,etc. To overcome the shortcomings of ordinary nickel-free black nickel electroplating processing, such as high content of cobalt, unsteadiness, leaded and the shortcoming of black ruthenium electroplating processing whose acidity and cost is high. Firstly, cobalt content in this bath is about 0.8g/L, only one-tenth of ordinary nickel-free black nickel electroplating processing. Secondly its component is simple and operation needs no special experience. It let you get rid of the previously view of nickel-free black nickel electroplating processing.
The Process features:
1\Cobalt content is low(less than 1g/l),the coating is without magnetic, lead-free, non-radioactive and it meets the latest European standards.
2\Keep work even at a concentration of 12 Be,do not affect the blackness.
3\Low viscosity and cobalt content,less water’s consumption and cost is decreased dramatically.
4\Bath is stable and in strong alkaline, pH (10-12) changed little, metal ions of tin and cobalt will not be decomposition and precipitation.
5\Compare to ordinary nickel-free black nickel electroplating processing, it has high current efficiency and completes plating quickly, for example, barrel plating usually just needs 5-6minutes(17Be).
6\Pure black coating, without blue color.
