JGR series pressure atomizing granulating drying
Working principle:
After fresh air is filtered and heated, it enters into the air distributor on the top of the drying room. The hot air in spiral form equably enters into the drying room, liquid material filtered was sent to the atomization in the midst of the drying room by high pressure pump, after atomizing, the extreme slim mist liquid beads have enlarged contact area with hot air, then water evaporates quickly, it will be dried to granulates. Most of the finished products are collected by discharge hole at the bottom of the atomizing tower. Exhausted gas and tiny dust will be separated by cyclone centrifugal separating device, and the finished products are collected by collecting drum, and wasted gas was discharged by draught fan. it adopt mixed pressure, so it is convenient for customers to adjust spraying capacity, nozzle size, liquid density and add some addictive.
Advantages:
It can spray of liquid material of solid content 40%-70% granulate once, for most products, after drying, there is no need to smash and sieve. So, it greatly reduces the procedure and simplifies the production flow chart. And, meanwhile, finished products have good dispersivity, fluidness and solubility. On a certain condition, for the grain diameter and water content, you can easily adjust and maintain them.
