TS40 Double-side Pasting Machine
1.TS40 double-side pasting machine is developed by us on the basis of absorbing the advanced technique of foreign countries. It can finish the procedures such as grid feeding, grid pasting, water pour, and acid pour in one time with the advantages of even grid pasting, no grid deformation, convenient operations, easy maintenance and repair, high productivity.

3. Structure and Technical features:
3.1 The bearings of the equipment adopt the concentrated lubricating system and can be easily lubricated and repaired, and it prolong the life time of bearing.
3.2 The decelerator of the main machine use the product of SEW company of Germany being reliable, little vibration and bunching speed. It uses belts to feed grids attaching voltage adjusting and water squeezing devices. The grids will strip from the pasting belts by steel wire. The pasting roller pastes grid. The power of grid transportation and lead plaster squeezing in the hopper separate from eachother. It fits for the grid's thickness 1.2---4.5mm.
3.3 The whole length of the pasting machine is 3.62m., including the grid feeding system, the main body, and water and acid pouring device with features of compact structure, good rigidity, easy and flexible adjustment. The rigidity of the steel plate of the frame is being enlarged with little vibration. The length of water and acid pouring device is 1060mm and it is convenient to separate water and acid and lighten the corrosion of transmission c hain of flash dryer, and it is made of pure stainless steel and avoids from the corrosion of steel and decreases the influence of steel ion toward grid. And also it prolongs the use life of the frame of the pasting machine.
3.4 The length of grid feeding system is 1500mm with variable speed. It supplies grids by vac-sorb with the advantages of no grids’ deformation. The side panel adopts the grid with a length of 180mm-360mm.
3.5 The weight deviation of pasted grids is controlled within ±5g,and the thickness deviation of pasted grids is controlled within ±0.1mm.
3. The water squeezing of pasting belt and the turn of hopper adopt the pneumatic adjustment. The roller and axis related with acid are all made of pure stainless steel
