Summarize
Bucket elevator is the special conveying equipment which conveys materials to the certain height. It has the advantages of simple structure, less site area, layout flexibility, transport capacity and convenient maintenance. It is divided into four parts: driving device, top drive, middle drive and down drive. It includes tension device, traction chain, belt, hopper and so on.
According to the different traction elements, there are TH type, NE type, TD type.
Introduction and classification
1.Bucket elevator of TH style
To adopt high strength mining circle chain as the haulage chain and hammer automatic tensioning device and left-right driving mode as the transaction type. All kinds of discharge and access door could be measured according to the requirement of the customer.
Zh type hopper is used to convey wet clotty and hard-throwing material. Sh type hopper is used to convey siccative and loosening material.
