Our company’s Vacuum Continuous Impregnation machine is a new generation of Vacuum Impregnation machine based on impregnation machines from home and abroad .This equipment adds with vacuum impregnation and drying methods. This equipment is used to impregnate and dry for motors whose central height is lower than 160, fractional horsepower motors, small-sized transformers, ballasts and other related appliance coils. This equipment has the advantages of original continuous impregnation machine; it has also successfully solved the problem of inadequate penetration in the situation of no vacuum impregnation, thus this equipment is featured by low cost, high quality, safety and reliability, maintainability, etc.

The products is impregnated thoroughly and dipping permeability.It can save power 60%~80% and reduce the pre-backing and cooling time by vacuum-0assisted drying.The whole process of impregnation and drying only take a few hours, efficiency 2~4times.Solvent-free paint can increase the fill rate of coil insulation.After dipping treatment, the coil surface lacquer is not more than 0.02mm, without scraping paint treatment, compared with drops of paint, the core insulating paint surface protection, anti-rust performance.PLC automatic control, ensure the stability of process parameters and improve product quality.Solvent-free paint can increase the fill rate of coil insulation.Single dipping, lead wire do not dipping, avoid dipping harden, brittle, and quality assurance.Educe solvent evaporation and the loss of insulating paint.
