Virgate Wormwood Herb is the dried seedling of Artemisia scoparia Waldst. et Kit. or Artemisia capillaris Thunb. (Fam. Compositae).

Action: To remove damp-heat and relieve jaundice.

Indications: Infectious icteric hepatitis; sores with exudation and itching.
