Terms and conditions
1.Trade terms
For order amount over USD5,000.00- F.O.B. Hong Kong or Shenzhen.For order amount under USD5,000.00 Ex Warehouse Price.
2.Delivery Lead Time
3-15 days after order confirmation and after receipt of L/C or T/T payment.
3.Minimum Order
If Order Amount is:
1.Less than USD3,000.00, additional charge of USD150.00 will be imposed (only for sea shipment).
2.Less than USD5,000.00, additional charge USD100.00 will be added (only for sea shipment).
Payment Terms
1.For order value above USD20,000.00, payment by irrevocable L/C at sight.
2.For order value under USD20,000.00, payment by T/T , Western Union, MoneyGram, Paypal prior shipment.
3.By irrevocable L/C at sight,USD250.00 will be raised if the L/C less than USD20,000.00.

Goods Ship by Courier
Should customer requires Alliance to ship the goods by it’s designated courier company and account, the courier charges for the shipment has to be prepaid to Alliance Ltd before shipment can be effected, or the customer should instruct their appointed courier company to pick up the goods from our warehouse in Hong Kong or Shenzhen.
Document Provided Upon Request
Either “Certificate of Origin – Re-export” or “Certificate of Origin – The People’s Republic of China” will be provided on request.

Factory Standard Label: Standard Label.
Customer Private Label: All artwork, film and printing costs are of customer’s expensed. (Minimum printing order is 2K per model)
Packing
1. Standard Packing: Standard White Paper Box.
2. Standard Blister Packing: USD0.2/set, with our standard color card .
3. All moulding and tooling charges for customer special packaging will be on customer’s account.Customer color card: All artwork, film and printing costs are to be absorbed by customer.(Minimum printing order is 2K per model.)
Pre-Shipment inspection
Goods shall by ready for inspection 2 working days prior to shipment date. Inspection must be conducted in our China factory and customer’s traveling expenses for this purpose is of customer’s responsibility.
Warranty
1. Products returned within the warranty period must bear Alliance product number & date code and must be accompanied by a monthly RMA form. Products of unknown sources or without valid marking will not be accepted.
2. Returned products have to be shipped on quarterly at customer’s expense.
3. Replacement items will be sent out together with customer’s next order shipment.
4. 80% credit of the current item selling price will be applied faulty items that cannot be repaired or rebuilt and condition that these products must be within the 6 months warranty period from delivery date.
5. All delivery costs of the defective batteries to be paid by the customer.
