Lightweight GMT sheet employs PP resin as base material and glass fiber as reinforced material. It has many advantages, such as high expansion rate, heat thermal deformation of 130°C, and glass fiber content adjusted. Furthermore, after the combination with non woven fabric by using of melt adhesive (film), they attaches well. It possesses good performances of sound insulation, heat insulation, and no smells emitted, and is applicable in the manufacture process of mold pressing or punch pressing, such auto parts like headliners, sunshade, hallstand, bottom panels are made by this way.
