Through the method of installing a brand-new electrical motor bearing permanent magnet (internal permanent magnet motor) in brand-new rotor, the size of the compressor becomes smaller and the rotation of the compressor becomes faster. Compared to the traditional induction motor, this electrical motor will never cause the problems such as loss of power or slip jump of rotor. Thus, the operation efficiency of the electrical motor is greatly enhanced. Combined with the advanced KALEE WOPU (KLWP) frequency converters, the overall efficiency of the whole set goes beyond that of single induction motor.
At the same time, the heat generated is reduced, thus, energy-saving effect is further strengthened and achieved. In addition, the direct coupling driving system of this motor also eliminates the possibility of loss of power, which improves the process accuracy of jointing major parts in compressors. Last but not least, compared to traditional machines, much higher operation efficiency is achieved.

Environmental protection: Host is using water lubrication, which guarantee the compressed air far from pollution. And at the same time, it can avoid the waste lubricating oil produced, which is in line with environmental requirements.
Temperature: temperature of this product is lower than the temperature of oil injected single-screw air compressor. Compared to the same specification oil injection single-screw compressor, the temperature of this product is 50% lower.
Cheap operation and low maintain cost: due to the reason that it doesn’t use lubricant, so, there is no need to exchange waste oil, oil filter, oil separator and so on, thus, lower operating costs. Compared to the same specification oil injection operation of the compressor, more than 80% of the operation or parts costs can be saved.
