  Basic function

1,Failure detection could be finished by distinguishing the controller’s failure source via LED’s twinkling.

2,The built-in pre-charging circuit and over current detection

3,The controller have the self-measure and overheating protection function.

4,The controller would reduce the current automatically to protect the controller and battery when in high temperature environment.

5,To do the real time monitoring to the battery’s voltage. It would stop working when the battery voltage is too big and it would reduce the output current of the controller until stop working when battery voltage is too small.

6,The generating voltage of energy regeneration braking would be monitored by the controller.The charging current would be reduced at once by the controller when the voltage is too high.

7,Two options provided by the energy regeneration braking,that is, brake regeneration braking or regeneration braking generated without acceleration.

8,The maximum output voltage of the controller detected and controlled automatically so to avoid overcurrent.

9,The controller would stop the current outputting when fault command  which may infect the safety detected.

10,The speed would be limited automatically when the motor in a reversing working condition(or in another word, when the vehicle reversing).

11,The real time working condition of controller and EV could be displayed directly from the instrument cluster by connecting the wire to the connector of the instrument cluster of EV.

12,Provide pulse signal of the motor rotate speed.
