2. Vacuum measurement and control

Automatic control by the vacuum valve, to guarantee the vacuum stability of the light room, improve the stability of the optical system, and decrease the pollution of oil vapor to light room greatly.

Stored program control of the vacuum system completely, guarantees the vacuum degree and reduces the performance time of vacuum pump meanwhile, extend the service life of the vacuum pump.

The linkage of high-pressure open and vacuum system of PMT(Photo Multiplier Tube) can prevent glow discharging.

Exciting light is guided into vacuum room by lens, eliminate the loss of light path and keep the long-time stability of the data. 

3. Sample excitation table device

Sample exciting table design is open type, it can analyze samples with different sizes and shapes.

The analytical gap of sample table: 4mm, excitation room is small.

The height of compression bar can be adjusted freely, easy to exchange samples.

Optimized argon gas circuit design, low consumption, sample excitation is more sufficient, discharging is more concentrated.
