Mitomycin C is an antineoplastic antibiotic that inhibits DNA synthesis by cross-linking DNA at 5'-CpG-3'sequences.Inhibitor of DNA synthesis, nuclear division, and cancer cells. Targets gram-positive, gram-negative, and acid-fast bacteria. Used for preparation of STO feeder layers.
