This is a full-automatic organic fertilizer prosessing line,and the capacity is 50T/day.

The belt conveyor is applicable to transport powder, granular, small block of low grinding cut materials and bag materials with the density is less than 1.67t/m³ and easy to take out, such as coal, crushed stone, sand, cement, fertilizers grains and etc. The temperature of the material that was sent is >60°C. The length of the machine and its equipped forms can be custom-made. The movement can not only use the electricity roller, but also can use the driving device that with the belt drive frame. The belt conveyor has the advantages of large transportation amount, simple structure, convenient maintenance,component standardization and so one. It is widely used in mining, metallurgy, coal, and other departments, used to transport loose material or made-up articles. According to the transmission process requirements, the work can be finished by single machine, or many sets of machines, or cooperate with other devices that compose the horizontal or slant conveying system in order to meet the operating line requirements with different arrangement forms.
Features:
1.the conveying has two conveying speeds in order to meet the different requirements of scattered shipment and parcels transportation, which improve the using ability of the device.
2.The big and small traveling wheel are all use the solid rubber wheel,which can avoid to crush the grains and the warehouse ground.
3.The big and small traveling wheel are all equipped with ball-bearings, the small traveling wheel has the function of automatic steering, which ensure the deft and agile when to move the device.
