Stearic acid / Octadecanoic acid
Property: White flaky, bead or block at room temperature, consist of the C16 and C18 saturated fatty acids, insoluble in water, slightly soluble in benzene and carbon disulfide, soluble in hot ethanol, non-toxic and tasteless, with general chemical characteristic of organic carboxylic acid.
Usage: Widely used in rubber vulcanizing agent, plastic heat stabilizer, lubricant, textitle softener, preparation agent,antistatic agents, food emulsifier, used as raw materials for the production of cosmetics, detergents and a variety of surfactant, etc..
