The smoke will go into the strong spray tower through smoke inlet, there are 3 layers in the strong spary tower, the first layer is put pall ring which can adsorb the impurity of the smkoke, then the second layer is the sprayers which can make the smoke taking a shower, when the smoke connected with the cool water, it will become steam, and the impurities in the smoke will drop down the bottom of the strong spray tower. Then the steam will pass through the third layer with pall rings which also clean the steam again. and there is small pond besides the strong spray tower which can fill water automatically by using the float valve in the pond.
3. The cooling system is composed of tube condenser, condenser and one set of calandria cooling system which ensure the good quality of oil and high oil yield
4. Catalyst is more important to help to get good quality of oil
5. The filter system will help to adsorb the black residue in the oil.
