"Memory" fabric paint is acrylic emulsion containing a reagent for the non-toxic, transparent, water-based paint, 

 Fix the fabric on the paper board before you paint to avoid permeating.

 Leave the fabric paint in the air, allow 24hr for dry, then iron on the back of the fabric for 5 minutes.
