6.With special design, dough mixing shaft makes the dough mixer with stable performance for dough mixing. The mixing shaft creates a unique mixing flow which makes the flour and watermixingevenly and avoids dough temperature rising. Adjustable mixing timer can be set freely according to the type of flour, water dosing and formula. The compact discharging system saves installation space. Equipped with a safety device on its lid, the shaft will stop automatically to prevent any injury during working or cleaning once the lid is opened
7.Basin shape aging device could achieve best aging effect, to prevent dough damaging during compounding phase and to improve the dough sheet appearance and dough gluten structure. Aging duration can be controlled by operator depending on the requirement of dough sheet. With dough feeding sensor, so the dough can be feed-in uninterrupted to the hopper that will avoid breaking dough sheet. A safety sensor is equipped near the basin shape aging device, once there is any foreign object is closing during operation, the feed-in rod will stop automatically to prevent any accident or injury.
