Machine features:
1) The whole construction of headstock and needle-board slip beam assures the synchronism of movement of needle boards. An illuminating device can survey the state of fabric moving inside punching path.
2) Adopted with imported bears, stand of machine treated with inertia balance. No special requirement for foundation.
3) Automatic forced lubrication system, special push-rod structure and imported linear oil seal assure headstock and push-rod not to leak oil. a temperature control cooling system is used for adjusting lubricating oil temperature.

5) Needle boards are adopted with light and high-strength Mg-alloy material and each needle is fit for its bore hole. Supporting plate and stripped plate with alloy-steel have smooth and wear-proof surface, treated with polishing and hard-chromium-plating. Randomly drilled by computer on these boards, the alignment degree of bore holes is high.
6) Replacement of needle-board is quick and easy by automatic adjustmetn alignment device of needle-board and button style needle board link device. The same type needle boards can be exchanged. Bolt tightening gasbag clamping are used for fixing needle boards.
