High Precision Stainless Steel Pipe Mould
1. Description
1.)They are made of Cr12Mov and with thickness for the pipes can be 0.8-2.5mm, and they are for steel pipe making machine roller mould high quality
2.)They are processed by vacuum gas quenching and subzero heat treatment.
3.)The Rollers are with high precision, credible quality and long-use life.
4.)They are processed by Numerical Lathe, Drilling Lathe, and will be tested by the Molid Hardness tester to guarantee the rigidity.
5.)The hardness is 63--65HRC

The rollers designed in our factory ranging from cutting of material and heat treatment to roughly and finely processing adopts one full set of advanced processing techniques. Advanced heat-treated equipments with reasonable process can ensure our moulds (rollers) with high precision, good quality and long service life.
3. Mould life: about 10 years
Moulds are heat treated adopting a special process (vacuum gas quenching and subzero heat treatment to achieve maximum wear resistance properties and sufficient toughness to withstand high working loads.
4. Quality assurance
Guarantee time: 1 year
One year quality guarantee, life guarantee repair. Within quality guarantee period, except for failures caused by human error, repair parts will be provided for free. After the quality guarantee period, only charge the cost of the spare parts.
