6. Our mold maker machine: CNC milling (drilling & boring) machines; CNC lathes; CNC grinding machine; CNC cutting machines; Welding Machine; EDM; Laser machine.
7. The finishing we can do: Deburr; Oil; anodized; nickel plated, painted; polished; chrome plated; zinc plated; heated; nitriding; carburizing.
8. We have 4 engineers in mold design and making (other 6 engineers are in CNC processing service)
9. We have 6 inspecters and we inspect every making step absolutely make a record with the inspection detailes.
10. We can provide after-sales service, eg. mold using instrusion, mold spare parts provided for you.
