Mould are heat treated adopting a special process (vacuum gas quenching and subzero heat treatment to achieve maximum wear resistance properties and sufficient toughness to withstand high working loads.

Drilling machine, High Precision Grinding machine and professional CNC equipment are used for producing Pipe Mould. Each and every roll is inspected before packaging by using Mould Hardness Tester, for hardness. Our high quality mould can solve the problem caused in the process o f making stainless steel pipe like scuffing, wrinkling, nail lines, fish-scale veins.
