this is 16 cavities hot runner cap mould.we use different material to different parts of the mould according to the action of the mould.the mould action will have different wear and tear, we apply 2316,S136,H13,P20 and so on which are imported.we adopt advanced release device which from HASCO company and as for runner system, we use separate temperature control for balanced performance to each cavity. consummate cooling system shortens mould cycle time and enormously increase the output..
