In general, production process of motorcycle tire include mixing,extrusion,calendering,molding of tyre,vulcanization and quality check.
(1) Mixing of Raw Material:(Use Mixing Machine)
First,mix the natural rubber,carbon black,oil,additive and accelerator together,then processing the mixture in mixer machine,and produce sizing material.
(2)Extrusion:(Using Extruding Machine)
Feed sizing material into extruding machine,and extrude semi-finished products
