The substrate for the catalysts we made can be cordierite or metal. We use substrate supplied by not only Corning, NGK, Emitec,but also some local supplies, such as Yixin non-metal mechanical Co., Ltd. and Wangzi Ceramic Co.,Ltd.. We always use 400cpsi or 600cpsi for Euro 3 and Euro 4 emission standard. The light-off temperature is less than 250 for CO, HC and NOx. We have the technology for pt-pd-rh , Pd-Rh , pt-pa, and single Pd,pt, catalyst and so on, for gasoline engines. For different car and different under-floor, the technical solutions are always different. The spec. will also be different. The durability life is more than 100000 km.
Our customers cover almost all the Chinese local light-duty car manufacture such as Chery, Geely, Greatwall, SGMW etc. We also have export catalytic converter to other countries for Euro 3, 4 emission standard and our customer give us good evaluation.
