The function of this product is to protect the polystyrene board and fix the mesh. The finishing coat can be paint,render,plaster etc.

 Field of application:

 Applied as substrate render on XPS, EPS mineral wool thermal insulation panels at all buildings.The function of this product is to protect the  polystyrene board and fix the mesh. The finishing coat can be paint,render,plaster etc

Application substrates :

• On interior and exterior walls;- XPS (extruded polystyrene),- EPS (expanded polystyrene),- Mineral wool, Please consult us for all other application substrates.

 Remarks:

  1) Only mix with water, no other addition

   2) The temperature of air and coat mortar must be from 5°C~35°C 

   3) The coat mortar must be used up in 3h

  4) Avoid sunshine, high temperature and freezing

   5) Avoid strong wind during application

   6) Avoid rain during application

obtain the required thermal insulation properties of external walls, extend the lifetime of external walls by protecting them from direct impact of atmospheric conditions,create a long-lasting thermal insulation, resistant to mechanical damage, moisture and biological factors (decay), use a single type of thermal insulation material on entire facades (XPS panels can also be used below the ground level) or, if necessary, combine different thermal insulation materials on one facade – the system is compatible with Shunan external thermal insulation system using expanded polystyrene (EPS) panels (in accordance with JG149-2003)
