PUDA Horizontal mixer is advantaged in high efficiency and quality for batch mixing. It is suitable for dry plaster, cement, adhesive, and filler, refractory material, gypsum products, insulating materials, chemical products, feed and so on. It features high quality (it can mix agglomerate materials homogeneously).

 

It is equipped with multifunction tool to guide material flow, disperse materials are led to opposite direction to move. At the same time, the shaft mixes the circular material flow. This specific technology can gain optimal mixing homogeneity.

 

Safety and reliable operation: the mixer is equipped with PLC control system, visual operation. There are automatic and manual two modes; you can modify mixing time directly. The motor is equipped with automatic circuit breaker, in order to achieve safety operation,  emergency stop switch is equipped near the mixer

 

Easy maintenance: hinge observation door with quick snapped lock is available at the wall of mixer. The inspection door on one side of mixer is used for maintenance and replacing spare parts. The wearing line on the wall and bottom of mixer, rotor, blade and wall are all easy to replace. 

 

1.      Main body of mixer will be painted according to customer`s requirement.

2.      Adopt geared motor.     

3.      Main shaft is adopted with Germany grease seal and air seal, as well as TR insert bearing to support.

4.      Matching electrical instrument: SCHNEIDER

5.      Pneumatic components: AIRTAC,air consumption 0.5m3/min, pressure is ≤0.6Mpa
