Item: High shear homogenizing tank
Application: dispersing, homogenizing and emulsifying of liquid and powder, widely used in:
Food industry: food color, coating of chocolate, stuffing food, sugar syrup, flavoring, additives, etc.
Medicine industry: ointment, unguent, lotion, cream, vitamin, etc.
Household chemical industry: shampoo, detergent, cream or paste, toothpaste, paraffin wax solution, hair dye, etc.
Adhesive agent: rubber solution, polyester sulfide, silicone, hot-melt glue, polyurethane, etc.
Volume: Available from 50L to 20,000L.
Specification:
1. Agitation device: homogenizer/emulsifier. Homogenizer can be in the tank, or mounted on the bottom of the tank. See different homogenizer/emulsifier in below pictures.
2. Material: SUS 304 and/or SUS 316.
3. Single layer, or jacketed with heating and insulation. Heating: electric heating, steam, hot water or gas heating optional.
4. Insulating layer: Warm-keeping layer of polyurethane foaming ensures temperature variation of the liquid product in the tank controlled at the minimum.
5. Dish or conical top&bottom.
6. Outer casing surface: Mirror polishing / 2B / mat ; Inner surface (bladder and tank): Mirror polishing (Roughness: Ra<0.4μm ).
7. Liquid level gauge: optional. Thermometer: optional.
8. CIP cleaning: T-shaped 360° rotational CIP cleaning ball.
9. Man-hole equipped.
