Working principle:
Mixing barrel is suspended on ends of driving and driven shafts through two Y type universal joints that are crossing and vertical to each other in the space. When driving shaft is driven to rotate, the universal joints make the barrel perform horizontal moving, rotation and turning motion.Material, which is inside of the barrel, also performs axial, radial and circumferential 3-dimensional motion along with the barrel moving. Several kinds of materials inside the barrel flow, diffuse, penetrate each other and finally reach uniform status.
Usages and features
The machine is used for mixing powder or grain state materials with high uniformity in pharmacy, chemical, foodstuff, light industry, electronic, mechanical, metallurgical industries.
1.The mixing barrel of the machine moves in multi-directions. For the materials, there is no centrifugal function, without the specific gravity segregation and the layer division. For each of build up to 99.9%.The machine is the desired product in various mixers at present.
2.All parts of drum are arc transition and polished precisely. It can meet the requirements of GMP.
3.Stepless speed regulation (frequency or electromagnetic speed regulation) has been adopted in this machine, so it is easy to operate.
4.The barrel material charge rate is big .Maximum rate can be up to 80%(the common mixer has only 40%charge rate).It is high in efficiency and short in the mixing time.
