XMQ series of briquette machine
Briquette machine is the main equipment in the production line for moulding coal. This series of machine has the features of rational structure, stable performance and low energy consumption. Roller surface, the quick-wear part, is made of high-quality alloy steel forged piece that is processed with strict heat treatment and elaborate machining, so the roller surface possesses high strength and high wearing resistance. furthermore it can facilitate the discharging of balls. The size and shape of ball socket are up to the clients requirements or the concrete usage.
The tapping in device and controlling device fixed on inlet opening gurantee continous and even feeding of materials to briquette machine rolls in spite of the humidity of the raw materials. The hydraulic pressure unit on the machine can adjust the compression strength between the rollers. The device for tapping in raw materials and hydraulic pressure unit together ensure the ball forming rate and the ball strength.
