| Main use: 1.Upgrade Equipment:The superfine pendulum type pulverizers of 4MRX35165MRX4419 are the upgrading equipment of the traditional pendulum type pulverizers of 4R32165R4119. Owing to the fineness of their finished products whose fineness has reached up to 1250 mesh(D97≤10μm),these upgrading series are used for a larger scope of the non-metal materials that of the traditional ones whose fineness is only reaches 400 mesh. 2.High Effeciency and Less Energy Consuming: By comparison with the output of the traditional pulverizers, the output of the new series has been increased by 50-80%; and the capacity of the equipment is only increased by 68%; undoubtedly the energy consuming is lowered by 40%, as a result the rise of the economic benefit is remarkably conspicuous. 3.Extensive Range of application: The these series have enough capacity to produce superfine powder from 100 mesh to 1250 mesh, higher precision of separation and no large granularity to meet the diversifying demands of the customers as well as the market. 4.Scope of Application The superine pendulum type pulverizer series are used to pulverize non-ductile ores, minerals, metal oxide chemical synthetic materials and various kinds of non-inflammable and ono-explosive materials, the hardness of which is below mohs scale No.7 and the moisture less than 6%.
