Our newly developed vibration-conveyor presents following unbeatable advantages:

1 .      Smooth transportation of produced pellets.

2 .     Pellets will be sieved out of dust.

3 .     Temperature of pellets will be cooled down.

The special low input height of 500 mm effects on an impeccable output, even if the outputs are situated in a lower position.  

The pellets are transported in a smooth way by the vibration-conveyor belt over a length of 2 metres, without disturbing them. In this section the hot pellets will be cooled down to 30 % of the input temperature by 3 vans. The integrated sieve is separating the pellets from dust and too small pellets.

According to size of pellets, the sieve can be provided with holes of  4-5-6 or 8 mm

A suck-off device with 100 mm hose-union is installed front and rear to extract dust continuously. This suck-off device can be installed at an external suck-off plant or it can be installed at a supplementary suck-off plant with integrated filters.

The energy efficiency of the complete plant is only at 500 watt.
