Working Principles of Ring Hammer Crusher
Ring hammer crusher is a kind of impacting rotor crusher with ring hammer. When entering crusher materials are crushed by the impact effect of ring hammer at high speed revolving with rotor, rush at crushing plate with high speed for recrushing by kinetic energy gained through ring hammer, falling on screen plate for continuing crushing by shear, extrusion and grinding of ring hammer and material interaction, then expelling from screen holes and materials which are not crushed can enter into the metal collector for routine cleaning.
