RS-Hydraulic Power Tong is open head tubing tong for well servicing operation.
This unit is a copy of the original BJ RS chain driven tubing tong. we also provide full line of the spare parts for this RS hydraulic power tubing tong.100% interchangable with original parts. All internal parts are interchangeable with BJTM RS family of tubing tongs. This makes replacement parts available from several sources; thus keeping the cost of replacement parts competitively priced. As well, replacement parts are more readily available.Jaw and bushing assemblies are not only interchangeable with BJ, but also with the Oil Country4500-100 tubing tong.
Feature:
1. Double-speed-shift design makes possible safe making up and breaking out of oil tubing
2. Exchange the position of the jaw assembly and bushing assembly, and prompt shift between making up and breaking out can be realized.
3. Changing the jaw and bushing assembly for different specifications will meet the needs of making up and breaking out in a given range.
4. Replacing high torque hydraulic power motor can realize torque output of as high as 9KN.m (6KN.m for standard configuration).
