SF Flotation Machine Apllication
The SF flotation machine has been widely used in separating non-ferrous metal, ferrous metal, noble metal, non-metallic mine, chemical material, which are subject to coarse separation, swept separation, fine separation and floatation, so the useful ore are reclaimed. It can be used in roughing, scavenging, selection or reverse flotation. In the flotation process, after being mixed with drug, some qualified mineral attaches on bubble, floats on the surface of slurry and then scraped out; other mineral still stays in the slurry, so the separating purpose can be well done.
SF Flotation Machine Working Principle:
The impeller of the flotation machine is rotated by V-belt, which drove by the motor and produces negative pressure drove by centrifugal function. Enough air need to be sucked to mix slurry, and slurry mixes drug at the same time. Mineral sticks on bubble completely and floats on the surface of slurry to form mineralized bubble. Useful bubble is scraped out by adjusting flashboard height and controlling liquid surface
