Concentrating table, which is also called shaking table, is a mine separation device for fine minerals working by gravity. They are effective in processing precious and base metal, rare metal and non-metallic minerals, widely used in separation for Gold, Silver, Tin, Columbium, Tantalum, Titanium, Barium, Tungsten, Iron, Chrome, Manganese, Zircon, Lead, Zinc, Mercury, Copper, Aluminum, etc.

Concentrating table----Application and Performance

Concentrating table is one of the main equipments of gravity concentration. It is not only widely applied on separating tungsten, the tin, the tantalum niobium and other rare metals and the noble metal ore. Also widely used in separation for Gold, Silver, Tin, Columbium, Tantalum, Titanium, Barium, Tungsten, Iron, Chrome, Manganese, Zircon, Lead, Zinc, Mercury, Copper, Aluminum, etc. The shaker effective recycling granularity scope is 2-0.022 millimeters.

Beneficiation process of concentrating table is carried out on the tilt table with riffle (Figure 1), the minerals are sent by the feed launder on the bed superior angle, simultaneously, it supplies horizontally the washing water from the feed water launder. Under the effect of gravity, crosswise running water momentum, inertia and friction force produced by the bed reciprocating asymmetrical movement, minerals are stratified by weight and size, and make the longitudinal motion along the bed and transversal motion along the tilt bed. Therefore, the proportion and the granularity different minerals fan out along the respective heading from A to B, discharged separately from the different areas of concentrate side and tailing side, and then divided into the concentrates, middling’s and Tailings.

Head Motion:

We have three styles of Head motions:6-S Head motion, Yunxi Head motion and LY Head motion. They are made from cast iron machining. They are Easy installation and maintenance, Simple operation.

Deck:

We have three styles of deck depend on the different particle size of raw ore. Coarse Ore Deck, Fine Sand Deck and Slime Deck. The decks are constructed of steel framework and covered fiberglass with corundum, this cover its strength reaches as high as 70% of steel, the features of this design are stronger, wear-resistant, Corrosion-resistant, and no distortion, it lengthens the working-life of machine and thus allows machine perform perfectly on different mineral and different weather condition.

The course ore deck is designed for recovering particle size from 0.5mm to 2mm;

the fine sand deck is designed for recovering fine particle from 0.074mm to 0.5mm;

the slime deck is designed for recovering super extremely fine particle in the range of 0.043mm to 0.074mm.

Support device:

We have three supporting device types: Tradition type, groove steel support and big channel steel support, The groove support and. Big channel steel support are easy to installation and move.
