Our company has successfully developed another new High Efficient Separation Equipment, named CTG permanent magnetism tube magnetic ore separator. The whole magnetism system adopts high performance rare earth neodymium iron boron material and the high quality ferrites material, and an ingenious open magnetic circuit, so the highest magnetic induction intensity of tube surface reaches more than 0.8T which is 3-5 times than the conventional machines, and the selective area owns the same magnetic field strength of electromagnetic magnetic ore separator. The selective tube is made of wear-resisting stainless steel; the material to be selected is evenly transported to the top of the selective tube through the vibrating feeder, then the nonmagnetic material is eliminated while the tube revolves, on the contrary, the magnetic material is attached to the tube through the magnetic field force. And it is quite easy and accurate to use screen plate to separate the materials.
The high magnetic field strength makes it feasible to separate mineral materials of middle and week magnetism by tube magnetic ore separator. This product has a high processing capacity; wide range of material granularity, accurate separation rate, simple structure, no blockage, easy to maintain, besides, its electric power consumption is only 20% of electromagnetic magnetic ore separator.
