1) The people of installing the filter board should do it beside the filter discharge scraper plane. The rotor of the filter need to be adjusted by inching method in the discharge area which one of the filter boards will be coming. Then loose the fixed screw of the film scraper and let the scraper to be low down. 2) Before exchanging the filter board, please carefully clean the mineral powder in the fitting surface and hole of the rotor flange, avoiding causing the inaccuracy when installing the bolts between them. Please also clean the fitting circle of the filter board. 3) Insert the nozzle of the filter board into soft joints of the filter. Fasten one of the bolt but not tightened firstly and another bolt which is not tightened too. Then correct disk indexing position of the installation for filter board, and upper and lower corners. Please less tighten them until slight compact in order to prevent the movement up and down. Please not move the rotor at this moment. Install the second filter board at the same method. Then adjust the space between two pieces of the filter boards and format the curvature without peak but tighten the bolts by ring spanner according to your satisfaction.
Please tighten two bolts of each board by turns and then fasten the hose clamp of the soft joint. The two boards are the basement of the roundness and the space when installations of the entire filter boards. Then inch the rotor to let the first filter board into the scraper area and move the scraper to be away from the surface of the board about 1mm but not very tightened. Please fasten the fixed screw until the complete installation of the entire board. Record the measurement of the space between the scraper and each board. The following step is to adjust the minimum distance to 0.5mm and fasten the fixed screw of the scraper finally. That means the finish of the board. The installation location of each board and its factory code should be registered that will be convenient for the next replacement.
4) The installation of each filter board should be according the above mentioned steps. For the filter and filter board (such as the import filter) with energy-absorbing soft film, please still use the original pads in order to receive the same assembly elevation.
However, our board used organic polymer materials which has a certain effect of seismic crack and can also be directly related with the filter flange. The other side of the cover with non-base hole should be tightened by using flat pad, spring pad and screw. The flatness of the board produced by our company has been achieved a certain installation accuracy and can be dealt with the flatness without use of any other pads locally.
