Ball mill has changed the original mill structure, its body and ground plank are an integral whole, when installing they can be put on the basic level together.The main shaft adopts double-raw spherical roller bearing which can reduce energy consumption by 30%, enhance particle size, increase handling capacity by 15-20%.
Uses:This machine can be used in cement, refractories, chemicals, nonferrous metals, ferrous metals and other factory–mine industrial sectors for grinding a variety of ores and other materials that can be ground .
Ball mill are generally used to grind material 1/4 inch and finer, down to the particle size of 20 to 75 microns. To achieve a reasonable efficiency, they must be operated in a closed system, with oversize material continuously being recirculated back into the mill to be reduced. It is widely used in building material,ceramic raw material, chemical industry, etc,can be used both dry and wet.Ball mill is mainly used in mineral processing, ceramics ,chemicals,cement,glass,refectories and other industries. There are two ways of grinding, the dry way is used in refectories,cement,chemical fertilizer,glass industries. The wet way is used in mineral processing ceramics and chemical industries.
