1. This Equipment installed capacity is 245KW and the power consumption is about 90 KW.H per hour. The power consumption is lowest if compared with the similar equipment.
2. Production capacity: for powder particle size D97=1250 mesh, its output is more than 2 MTS powder per hour, is keep on working in one year, its yearly output can be more than 20,000 MTS.
3. It is has an inner hierarchy system. The product can be adjusted freely between 600 mesh and 4000 mesh. Take the calcium carbonate of D97=1250 mesh ( particle size less than 2.12um) for example,the powder made by this machine have high purity, the point cut-off is thin and have high quality.
4.Working principle:When operating, the raw material is fed continuously from the input system into pulverizing chamber, the material will be fully pulverized after impacting, pulverizing, grinding and concussion by the grinding wheel; then the pulverized material is conveyed to the classifying chamber to be classified according to their particle size. The qualified particle will go into cyclone separator through grading wheel, and then go out to be product. A little unseparated powder will be collected by high-effective dust collector then putout to be qualified product. During this period, the whole system is working under negative pressure, the air which is cleaned by dust remover will go out through high-pressure air-introduced machine, and no dust will out to the air.
5. The complete equipment is the subordination negative pressure type production, the vibration is small, the noise is low, the running is stable, it doesn’t have the problem of dust divulging, it is environmental protection equipment.
6. The power distribution cabinet installment is automatic control. It can avoid human factor to make mistakes, guaranteeing the quality of product is stable, lengthening the service life of equipment, reducing the operators and the production cost.

2. By increasing grinding path, the powder made by it have high purity, excellent tangent point (pass percentage is 100%).
3. It has high-effective cyclone system and dust remover. The dust remover has excellent dust removing effect, it won’t be blocked. The product comes out from the cyclone system and the dust remover can do both separately packing or gather together then do packing.
