High pressure  roller grinder mill / Grinding machine 

 

Introduction

 

 

The machine is used to grind barite,limestione,ceramics,etc,such non-inflammable and nonexplosive stuff,which the hardness is below 9.3 Mohs and moisture is less than 6% in the trades of mining,metallurgy,chemical engineering and construction material.The fineness size is adjustable in the range of 60-1250 mesh (it can even reach to 2500 mesh).It is possible to produce 10-60 mesh powder through assembling special device in the machine. 

In the main frame,a 1000-1500Kg high pressure spring is fixed to the roller suspender.After the grinder is put into effect,the roller will circumgyrate around the main shaft,and rolls closely against the grinding ring effected by the high pressure is 1.2 degree than Raymond mill. 

When the stuff is loaded into the grinding cavity,it is hoveled into the space between the roller and the ring for grinding.The grinded powder goes into classifier along with the circulation wind of the blower and the standard finenesspowder is guided to the cyclone collector as finished and lager size stuff falls back to the grinder for regrinding.The circulation wind returns to the blower to repeat the above process and the after wind enters into bag dust cleaner for purification.

 

When there is abrasion between roller and ring,it is recommended to adjust the length of the spring to maintain the constant pressure between the roller and the ring hence to be ensured,the stable output and fineness.

 

Application

High Pressure grinding mill is used to grind the barite, limestone, kaolin, ceramics, and slag, etc, which are non-inflammable and non-explosive stuff whose Mohs hardness is below 9.3. .The product size is adjustable in the range of 80-425 meshes.
