1.Introduction of Micro Powder Pulverizer:The Airflow micro powder mill,produced by XinYuan Manufacturer,has functions of both pulverization and classification. Adopting the converter technique to Control the granularity of the product, the fineness ot the product can be adjusted as need and the the final prodcut with uniform granularity. This machine is designed for pulverizing nonmetallic material with hardness less than 9.8 Mohs,with features of reaonable structure,reliable quality, stable performance,easy to operate and maintain,and no dust pollution.2.Scope of application:This series of equipment is mainly used in grinding industry for nonmetallic material with high hardness less than 9.8Mohs ,the granularity of the final product can reach 500-3500mesh.Mainly used for crushing Carbon black, SIC, Glass, Calcium Carbonate, Iron Oxide Red, etc.3.Main structure and operating principle:This machine consists of grinding equipment, classifier,cyclone separator,pulse dust collector,draught fan,operating desk,etc. the grinding equipment consits of a base plate,housing,blade,grinding stick,grinding ring, motor ,etc.4.Pulverization processing:While working,put raw material that need to be pulverized into the grinding equipment from the feeding hole,the grinding sticks,which hang on the plum blossom shape frame, revolve around the vertical axis ,meanwhile,self- rotate. For the centrifugal force while rotation,the grinding sticks swing outwards and press on the grinding ring tightly,then the blades will scoop up material and put them into grinding stick and grinding ring,add the rotation of the grinding sticks to achieve the purpose of pulverizing material.5.Classification processing:Material,after grinded by the high speed grinding sticks.the draught fan bring the wind into the grinding equipment,pick up the powder to the classifier above the grinding equipment, those powder,which have large size , will be back to the grinding equipment to be grinded again, other powder,which satisfy request,will bring by the wind into the second clissifier for the second time classification.those powder,which satisfy the request,will discharge from the first discharge opening and that ’s the final product,the others will be brought into the cyclone separator and discharge from the second discharge opening.then the wind go into the pulse dust collector, the redundant powder will be absorbed on the dust bags and when it reachs a certain thickness,then it will discharge from the discharge opening under the pulse dust collector.
