Brief Introduction and Application of Ball mill
Ball mill is a kind of equipment to grind ores and other materials with powder to obtain desirable granularity of products.The ball grinder designed and manufactured by our company has been widely applied in such industries as metallurgy, mining, building materials and chemical industry home and aboard.
The magnetic lining plate may be adopted for ball grinder as required, which is used as secondary crusher, and has the advantages of thin wall, light weight, long service life, low energy consumption and high efficiency in comparison with metal lining plate.
Working Principle
The ball grinder is mainly composed of feeding part, input part, main bearing, barrel, transmission part, discharging part and main motor. The barrel of grinder is driven by the motor through transmission and reduction gears to rotate at a proper speed. The grinding media in the rotating barrel is lifted to a certain height and then acts by tossing and falling, by which the material is impacted and grinded. According to special requirement, the Ball Mill can be fit with air clutch, slow drive, jack system, lubricant injection device and so on. The main bearing can adopt sliding bearing, hybrid bearing, hydrostatic bearing or rolling bearing.
Usually we advise that the ball mill under Φ3600 (included) should adopt rolling bearing, which has the advantages of simple structure, high efficiency, easy installation and convenient maintainance.
