Qingdao Qinnuo Machine Tools Co., Ltd., founded in 1998, is a famous enterprise specialized in the production of boring-milling machines.
We mainly manufacture and sell equipments like CNC floor type boring-milling machine, CNC horizontal milling and boring machine, CNC fixed-beam mobile gantry boring-milling machine, CNC moving-beam gantry milling machine and so on.

3. Whole structure of the machine
(1) The structure of the machine is fixed-beam gantry milling and boring machine structure and it is mainly composed of table, bed, gantry frame, ram-type boring-milling head, slide carriage, hydraulic system, lubrication system, cooling system, CNC system, electrical control device, button station etc.
(2) Mainly large parts of the machine
Main spindle of the machine is accurately made of 38CrMoAl high-intensity, nitridize qualified alloy steel. The important large parts such as ram, sliding carriage, table, bed (it is jointed by multiple beds), left and right columns, cross beam, etc. all accurately made of HT300 cast iron with high intensity and low stress. The secondary aging treatment is done to the large parts before finish machining.
(3) Ram-type boring and milling head
The main spindle parts and components of ram-type milling and boring head is made in Taiwan. The main spindle bearing adopts the product of NSK, Japan which has characteristics such as high speed, high accuracy, long life, and so on.
(4) Guideway of the machine
Guideway of X, Y and Z axes all adopt hydrostatic guideways.
(5)Hydraulic system
The hydraulic pressure station set up independently, and the hydraulic parts and components are made in Taiwan.
(6) CNC system of the machine
CNC system of the machine adopts Fagor 8055 CNC system (optional: Siemens 840D or FANUC-OI MC)
