   The material of this six roller cold-rolling mill back-up roll is 86CrMnV7 , and the specification is 860*900*2959 .

   There are different specification of back-up roller. they aresemi-finished products , and the specification is from dia.450mm to dia.1500mm.

We can supply the roll at the surface hardness of  HSD55-75. And in one roll the hardness error is less than 5HSD. The depth of the hardness is more than 70mm at  radius in material 50Cr5MoV.   We can supply the roll with the material such as Cr2%(9Cr2Mo,86CrMoV7),Cr3%(40Cr3MoV,70Cr3NiMo,70Cr3Mo,MC3),Cr4%(45Cr4NiMoV)andCr5%(50Cr5MoV).......Also we can supply the middle axle of the Back-up roll in material 55Cr,35CrMo or 42CrMo.   And the price quotation is in accordance with the customers' drawings and the weights of the products.
